Trust Estates Manager 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year, Monday to Friday 8.00am to 4.00pm. Grade G â€“ Step 1 - Â£41,562 plus 25 days holiday.
Wildern Academy Trust comprises of Wildern School and Boorley Park Primary School with Deer Park School (a further 7-form entry secondary school) opening in September 2021. This is an exciting time for the trust and all colleagues present and future.

Due to the nature of the role, strong financial acumen is key, with the ability to control costs and project manage with budgets to tight deadlines.
You will be taking lead in a varied role, developing planned major maintenance projects as well as:
â€¢ Supporting site teams.
â€¢ Spending time working in our Schools across the Trust
â€¢ Managing the Estate
â€¢ Ensuring health & safety and security are in line with best practices
A current driving licence and the use of a vehicle is essential.
