DIRECTOR OF LEARNING - SCIENCE (Starting TLR totaling £6100) The starting TLR is made up of TLR 2b (£4783) plus for the first 2 years a fixed TLR 3 of £1317. This will move up accordingly as the school grows to full capacity.

We are delighted to be offering an exciting opportunity for a highly committed and passionate practitioner who will have responsibility as head of our Science Department at Deer Park School from September 2021. For the right candidate this is a unique chance to make their own mark on a brand new school with state of the art facilities.

Deer Park School is a new seven-form entry secondary school opening in September 2021 initially with four forms of Year 7 and growing to full capacity of seven forms of entry over the next seven years. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced teacher to take a leading role in developing the vision and curriculum of the school. Applications are very welcome from existing or aspirant middle leaders.
