Post 1 – EYFS Learning Support Assistant - 31.25 hours per week, 8.45am to 3.30pm Monday to Friday. Term time only (40 weeks). Grade B – Step 1 - Full Time Equivalent Salary £18,562, Actual Annual Salary £13,753.92.

We have an exciting opportunity for two Learning Support Assistants to join our team from September 2021. Boorley Park Primary School is a brand new primary school that opened in September 2019. The role will be varied and you will need to be adaptable and flexible - there will be opportunities to work within the whole class, teaching small groups and on a 1:1 basis with individual pupils.

The successful candidate will:
● Have or be working towards a childcare or teaching qualification
● Have relevant and recent experience of working within an Early Years or KS1 setting as appropriate
● Have a positive attitude and be willing to take on new challenges, being flexible and adaptable every day
● Have a good understanding of safeguarding
● Be professional and act with integrity
● Be a good team player, while being able to work independently
