To this end, we are committed wholeheartedly to investing in staff and ensuring that Wildern is a great place to work, where staff learning and training are fundamental and that talent is nurtured.
We have held this accreditation for 13 years and are as proud of it now as when it was first achieved back in 2002.
Throughout the staff Interviews, colleagues commented upon the positive ethos that was felt throughout the school.
‘I can’t put my finger on it but there’s something special about this place. You feel the atmosphere as soon as you come in. It’s quite different from other schools I’ve worked in.’
‘There’s definitely a sense of autonomy here. You’re trusted and backed up when necessary. I never feel I’m being checked up on.’
