We have established an excellent track record in terms of training through our historic links with the Universities of Chichester, Southampton, Portsmouth and Brighton. The days run from 8.45am to 2pm and are designed to offer potential trainees the opportunity to experience a large school in action, gaining an insight into what happens in the classroom and to reintroduce you to the school environment. You will observe subject specific lessons and to ensure a focus for the observation you will be asked to record your thoughts and reflections. The day ends with a group feedback session.
