ICT Customer Service Assistant

IT Customer Service Assistant (30 hours per week, Term time only). Monday to Friday 9.00am – 3.30pm. Grade B – Step 1 - Full Time Equivalent Salary £18,065, Actual Annual Salary £12,528.84.

We are looking to recruit an IT Customer Service Assistant to provide first line support to our staff and pupils and operate our IT equipment booking system.

The school currently offers Windows and Mac operating systems both server-side and in the classroom, allows users to access content using their own personal devices, and maintains its own network infrastructure, web services and telephony.

The successful candidate will have a friendly and approachable demeanour and be able to reliably communicate information to other IT team members using our ticket system. You will need basic IT knowledge to perform simple tasks such as changing passwords. More complicated queries will be passed to the IT Technicians via the ticket system.
