IT Network Manager

IT Network Manager (37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year). Starting salary Grade E - Salary Range Step 1 £25,833 to Step 5 £28,791 (this will be reviewed once the Trust expands to three schools) plus 25 days holiday.

The Wildern Academy Trust comprises of Wildern School and Boorley Park Primary School, a further 7-form entry secondary school is planned to open September 2021. We are looking to recruit an experienced IT Network Manager to support and develop the internal network and systems of the Wildern Academy Trust Schools.

The school currently offers Windows/Mac/Linux operating systems both server-side and in the classroom, allows users to access content using their own personal devices, and maintains its own network infrastructure, web services and telephony.

The successful candidate will have an understanding of the systems described above and knowledge of all aspects of network infrastructure including physical and WiFi network technologies.

You will need excellent technical and problem solving skills, and a record of delivering the highest quality support to users in a busy and time pressured environment. Your own transport is essential for this role.
